It’s the process that gets people invested in the business, it’s a way to get people to pay attention to the business and be part of the process.
In business, we have a process for hiring people, for getting people to work for us, for getting people to buy products, and for getting them to use our products. The process is a way to ensure that all of these things are successful. If we don’t have the right process, then no one will be successful, and no one will be part of the business.
