I have a couple of questions.
First of all, what is humankind? That was the first question I was asked after I explained how the game works.
Well, it’s a game series, so I guess it would be called “games people play with each other”. So what do we have to do to become that “people” again? We have to kill all the other people in the world, then we have to find a group of humans to fight with. So basically, all the other people you’ve killed are your “people”. In our case, the “people” are the eight Visionaries.
What I think people don’t realize is that you can actually change the world. That’s as good an explanation as any. Humans are a pretty insignificant part of the world. We make up a very small percent of its population, and even that’s not enough to make a lasting change. However, in the first few hours of gameplay, you start to realize that perhaps that’s true for you. Maybe even more than you realize, which is awesome.
You can start by killing a few of the Visionaries, then you can start picking up their guns and using them to take out more. The more you do, the more interesting the game becomes because you start to realize that your actions are not random.
I like this too. You start to realize that you are not just trying to kill people. You are killing them for some reason. You might even be the reason they keep going. With every kill, you become an individual with a purpose. It’s interesting because what makes you even a little bit different is just how much you care. You’re not just killing people because it’s fun. You’re not just killing people because it’s cool.
You might consider your actions to be random, but in the case of humankind it is not. You might think that you are killing them because they are in the way, but that might not be the case. It might just be because you think you need to. For example, I might have wanted to kill a guy who was walking down the street and decided to jump over his car. I might have been wrong.
It’s all too common that you might think you are killing someone because you are in their way, and this can cause the most horrible kinds of problems. For example, one time I tried to murder a guy who was in the way of my car. I was so determined that I didn’t let him get out of the way that I ended up shooting him in the stomach instead. It made me feel like I was so much more powerful than the guy.
It’s possible that someone on earth can be so powerful that they can’t feel pain. I’m sure that’s why the guy who jumped over the car ended up getting shot in the stomach. Maybe he wasn’t so powerful after all.
I think I get it too, but I don’t think it’s really possible. I mean, imagine being able to feel pain is the same as it being able to see that pain. It makes sense that such a person would have no problem being able to feel pain.
