In order for us to continue hiring great people like yourself who share these values it’s imperative that all employees are able to meet the following requirements:
-Must be at least 18 years old.
-Ability to speak and read English fluently. erson must have a valid driver’s license with no major infractions or violations on their record within the past three (03) years. o drivers will be considered who do not have a driver’s license but may qualify for an exemption if they can provide proof of alternate transportation, such as public transportation, car pooling etc…within our service area, which includes all 50 states in United States.
-Familiarity with automotive terminology is preferred but not necessary since training will be provided by company trainers upon employment; however it is important that you know how cars work including knowledge about engine parts, brake system etc…
-Must have no criminal background and be a reliable individual. erson must also be able to handle the responsibility of working on commission in an autonomous environment as well as being self-directed with strong interpersonal skills.
The training period is expected to last approximately four weeks (04) which will include classroom instruction and hands on practice about automotive sales including test drives, car history report interpretation, different types of financing options for purchase or lease cars, EZ Pass transponder programming and other topics that are relevant to our business such as vehicle registration/title process, buying used vehicles from auctions etc…
