I like to go for a run even when I don’t have anywhere to run to. I’m usually more motivated by the company of others and feel a greater sense of accomplishment when I’m in the company of runners. The park where I run, I have to remind myself that it is all about the workout and not the destination.
It’s a bit more complicated than that, but the first step toward getting fit is to find a place where exercise is allowed and allowed well. I went for a run while visiting my brother, a runner and ultra-runner. I was there for about an hour where I ran on a treadmill every few minutes, and we ran the same distances, but with different degrees of difficulty. It was a good feeling.
I did my first run there and I was happy to see that there was a lot of room for improvement. Most facilities are just so regimented. You need to be told where to go to run, and where to rest your legs at the end of the run. One thing that really makes running in a park or exercise park a good idea is that you don’t have to worry about what your running partners are going to think about you.
The thing is, you need to really think about running as a goal. That’s where you will have to work out what you are going to do. This is a concept that we discussed in a previous chapter. You need to build a plan for how you will run down the hill in a certain direction. Your plan should be to get up hill and run until you run out of time or you run out of water.
I’ll start with my plan for running up the hill, and then proceed down the hill. This means running so far into the distance that you will get to the top and then up the hill until you get to the bottom. This is a good plan for getting to the start of the hill.
Another way to get to the top of the hill is to run on the downhill side of the hill and then run up the hill. This is a bad plan because it won’t work. The hill is too steep, and your legs won’t be strong enough to climb it. You are going to run up the hill, but you will not be able to run up the hill.
One thing that is true about running is that it is hard to keep balance. There are many people who cannot run without becoming injured or fall off, so running is like running in a car. The harder you push the wheel, the more gas you’ll use, so you will not be able to run with less effort and speed. This is why running is done in the gym. The problem, however, is not with the running, but with the fitness rego park. To understand how this works, you have to understand what they call “the body’s internal clock.” It is not simply a clock that ticks at a certain pace, but a clock that tracks your internal energy level. When you run, the clock is running slower because your body has a certain amount of energy to burn, but that energy level is not the same in every single moment.
To make matters worse, the internal clock is also not set to run at a constant pace. Your internal clock can drift up and down according to your current energy level. When you’re not running, your internal clock is running faster. The problem, however, is that when someone tells you that you should run, you might not be able to keep up with them if you don’t have the energy to maintain the same pace.
